The following terms and conditions apply for all holidays booked with Surf Company S.S.A. represented by Omar Rifqi and Andrea Disler.
Booking and Payment
To confirm your booking, we’ll send you a deposit invoice for 100% to be transferred directly to the bank account. Only after having received this deposit we guarantee your reservation.
We understand that plans can change. Please let us know immediately by email if you wish to cancel or postpone your stay with us. The refunds depend on the notice period:
Refund of 75% of your offer / package price: 60-90 days before arrival date
Refund of 50% of your offer / package price: 30 – 59 days before arrival date
No refund: 29 – 0 days before arrival date
Everyone booking a holiday with Surf Company S.S.A. (Surf Soul Adventure) must have full travel insurance. Surf Company S.S.A. (Surf Soul Adventure) accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to persons or property during their stay.
You can take out an additional equipment insurance (covering surfboard, leash and wetsuit) for 25€ per week when checking in. This equipment insurance covers damages to equipment up to 200€. In case a damage is higher than 200€ you have to pay the difference. If you decide to not take out this equipment insurance you are liable for the whole damage cost.
